Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners happy with Liverpool interest

 


Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners is happy with interest from Liverpool.

However, the Holland international insists he's staying grounded amid the rumours.

Koopmeiners told Bold: "I have heard and seen the rumours and stories about Liverpool. It's nice to read, but I'm 100 percent focused on Atalanta.

"I am so happy to play here."

Atalanta sporting director Tony D'Amico also says: "There is nothing.

"Of course we are flattered because it means we have good players, but Koopmeiners is an Atalanta player and will remain one."
