Liverpool leading race to sign 21-year-old French midfielder


 Liverpool are eyeing up a move for the highly talented Kouadio Kone from Borussia Monchengladbach. And the Reds have already held talks regarding a possible move. The Merseyside giants have contacted Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram as well.

The Reds are determined to bring in midfield reinforcements in the summer. And it will be interesting to see if they can sign U21 France international from Borussia Monchengladbach. Manu is highly rated in the Bundesliga and has a big future ahead of him.

The Reds will need to strengthen their midfield, with several crucial footballers struggling to hit top form. And Kone recently emerged on Liverpool’s radar. Liverpool are desperate to secure the UEFA Champions League qualification for next season.

The Reds have been linked with players like Matheus Nunes, Sofyan Amrabat and Jude Bellingham as well. However, none of the three footballers is expected to arrive in the summer. So the Reds are eyeing up a possible move for the Frenchman. The French midfielder can be a superb long-term acquisition for the Reds.

And working with a world-class coach like Jurgen Klopp can help the Frenchman improve as a player. The chance to join a Premier League club like Liverpool is likely to be an attractive option for Kone, and it stays to be seen whether the Reds can convince his club to part with him during the summer.
